Hotel with disabled rooms

1. Phuket

This is our top pick because of the wide variety of resorts, activities and entertainment, and the level of support for wheelchair users and the less mobile. Many international hotel chains have resorts in Phuket with adapted bedrooms. There are also several quality hospitals and numerous accessible tours and attractions. Accessible transport, mobility equipment and carers can be sourced and booked in advance.

Location

Bangkok is located on the central plains of Thailand; the city covers an area of 1,568 sq. kms (605 square miles) and the urban sprawl reaches into another 6 provinces. Bangkok was chosen as Thailand’s capital city due to its location on the Chao Phraya River, which meanders through the city.
